I was phone screened by a recruiter and then fairly quickly was set up to talk with the hiring manager for the role.
The conversation went very well I was excited by the company and the role on offer but sadly they let me know fairly quickly that they had gone with another candidate who was further ahead in the recuitment process than I was.

My call with them was more of a back and forth conversation than a standard interview, I'm sure if I had gotten further into the process then I would have had some more traditional questions.
