I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Had a screening phone call with them. A different person contacted me to schedule an interview. I spoke with a third person in a Zoom call for ~40 minutes. The interview started out with a brief description of the responsibilities of the job, some information about the team, then we covered my relevant recent work experience, followed by some technical questions.
