2-3 phone screens with a recruiter and hiring manager then an onsite interview with additional members of the recruiting team, execs/hiring managers I would support, and the Head of Talent. They were very transparent about the process and I thought it went smoothly.

It was very conversational. I really enjoyedthe laidback atmosphere. Overall the role wasnt right for me but I really appreciate the time. It seems like they are doing recruiting right.

I had a phone screen with the Recruiter and then spoke with the Head of Talent. The recruiter who was leading this search only responded to a few of my emails. If/when she responded, it would take at least 3-4 days to even receive a response. The Recruiting Coordinator was great and would respond on her behalf, and mentioned that the recruiter would follow up with a change to the onsite. After a few days, I never heard from the recruiter. Because of my experience, I decided that this wasn't going to be a great fit and decided to proceed further with another opportunity.
