My interview experience with Conduent was actually very smooth. I was a fresher. All the rounds were held in the Noida Office. The first round was aptitude test. It was pretty much basic. After a month or so, those who qualified the aptitude test were called for interview. There were 2 rounds of interview done by the managers and senior managers. They would ask technical questions and some aptitude questions.
