A week after applying I was sent 4 assessments to complete. After completing I was sent information for day and time of first interview. This interview have job description, job expectation and benefits. Then I was cleared for 2nd interview which was a voice interview 10-20 min long. More formal interview. The next day was my video interview with a hiring manager. Did a simulation... Answered a couple "tell me about a time" questions. Told me he would make a decision over the next couple of days.

When you join the interview you'll be asked to do a speed test with Google Fiber. You'll email the results to the recruiter. For the results you need to have at least 10 download and 3 upload. Then an overview of the company and position will be given. Next, I was asked four interview questions. Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer, tell me about a time you gave exceptional customer service, tell me about a time you went above and beyond, and finally, tell me about a time you had to take on something new and how did it turn out(can be unrelated to work). Afterwards, you'll be asked to show your work location. Working from your bedroom is fine. Just make sure the computer isn't set up where someone can look through the window and see what you're doing. I was offered the position on the spot. I interviewed 7/3 with Will F.
