One on One, make sure you have your resume and dress professionally. They have a list of questions to ask you. Be prepared to know about the position you are applying for.

Very comfortable, very easy. Was truthful and being myself. I was asked to talk about myself and my experience at previous companies. The manager was so laid back and friendly. I had a second interview with another manager and her personality was different because she smiled less. However, she was very nice and asked me to sell her a marker.
