I spoke with the recruiter and she ended the conversation with telling me she would send over an assessment and to complete it by a certain date. I never received the assessment so I reached out and was ghosted. I would 1000% have liked to be told directly that I was no longer under consideration. Being given false hope in today’s job market is cruel.
