The interview was staged in a manner that allowed me to spend a good amount of time with the current employees that I would be interacting with daily, in order to see how the team felt about my personality and skill set as well as to allow me to get an inside look at how the team operates. The second part of the interview was with the Executive team for a deeper discussion on my experience, methodologies and walk-through of certain scenarios. While some prefer to not have long interviews, I prefer this set up instead of returning for a 2nd interview later.
