I had an interview for the Customer Service Representative position at CNX. The interview was focused on checking my communication skills, ability to handle customers, and how well I can work under pressure.
The interviewer asked questions about my past experience in customer service, how I would deal with an angry customer, and how I stay calm in stressful situations. They also explained the role clearly and what kind of support CNX provides to its employees.
One thing I liked was that the interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I appreciated how they explained the training process and growth opportunities within the company.
Overall, the interview was a positive experience. It gave me a better understanding of the job and made me feel more confident about working in a customer service role at CNX.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.

They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
