Overall, I can give 10/10. I applied on July 10th, 2024. The next day (on 11th) I had a pre-screening call with a Talent Acquisition person, everything went well, nice person to talk with. She explained the next steps, so initially it was supposed to be a tech screening and a client interview. On July 16th she contacted me back to offer me the first step, a tech screening, which of course I accepted. I was so positive that I did the tech screen the same day. Everything went awesome, it was a 45 technical meeting with 2 SDET's, basic questions for a Senior. It was a mix between ethical questions, critical thinking, backend questions, frontend questions, and some basic environment/cloud questions. We finished the interview talking about my experience and projects for almost 17 minutes, which was pretty fun. I was waiting for the last interview at this point. On July 23th, good news for me, they sent me a pre-offer and I didn't have to do the last interview because the client was happy to have me as soon as possible. They asked for some documents that took some days to verify. On July 26th I got the official offer letter and I started to work on July 29th. The process was very quick and very positive for me. Good salary and benefits.
