Conversational, not a lot of questions asked. Be prepared to indicate how you would speak with a customer on the phone. They are looking for guiding the customer through steps and using "we" when talking about what needs done.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
