Let me preface the following with at NO stage did any Concentrix employee feel comfortable or willing to discuss benefits and pay. If you reside in Colorado, you may be OK. If you don't, you'll be squeezed.
I was approached by two different people for a role at the company. The HR aspect of it was a bit "fumbly" as the HR coordinator who inherited the process seemed to either be inexperienced or overwhelmed - or both.
I had interviews scheduled over a 10-day period where communication with HR was extremely poor but my focus was my future manager and co-workers, so I overlooked it. Maybe my first mistake.
The vibe I got from the employees was very relaxed but also a bit uncomfortable to be there, and only one person was eloquent when speaking about their role and the company. I was given a test analysis project which I did complete and was "approved" to interview further.
But then there was silence and a gap. In the meantime, I am going through the busiest time of the year at my job and am gracefully maintaining communication and accommodating the Concentrix employees' schedules. Finally, about two weeks after having submitted the project analysis, I have one more interview. The HR lady didn't give me any information except the interviewer's name. OK. Interview time comes, we're discussing many things when it then breaks into "let's review the project" with deep questions.
I do my best to remember all the details and thoughts from over two weeks ago (at this point) but cannot. The non-verbal change in the director was so noticeable that it made me uncomfortable. We ended shortly afterwards and I was in disbelief at the level of professionalism of so many different employees at different levels and positions.
I was approached a couple of years ago during the early stages of the pandemic but didn't follow through. I was hoping my experience with their personnel would have been better but I was wrong. I was more qualified than the man running the division but was treated like a college student applying for an internship.
Never again.

it was an interview for an internal selection, for a more senior role; the impression was that there was a misalignment of expectations based on the outcome of the one round interview, with no success and no further progress; what i found really disappointing was the lack of meaningful feedback.
It was easy but they are not providing feedback and the he is not responding at all if they can let us know with the feedback that would be really help full
The process was good. Nothing special about it. I didn't end up getting the job but I wasn't qualified. No big deal. Better luck next time! That is the ticket!
