There were 2 round HR round and managerial round which was very basic and little tricky but overall experience was okay. The HR round was very simple they have given a 2-3 topic and said speak any of them for 2 minutes.
The Concentrix Pune interview process usually begins with an online application or walk-in. Candidates go through HR screening, communication and aptitude assessments, voice or process evaluation, a detailed operations or technical interview, final HR discussion covering shifts and salary, followed by background verification and offer letter release.

Simple 4 rounds which involves assesments and one final round, which is nothing but interview with Operations Manager even after that selections I had to go through a couple of more online assesments and overall interview process was not bad
