Consist of multiple rounds
Things move quickly. The COE manager has been on top of communication through the entire process. Every step has been clear and organized keeping you well informed on where you stand as you progress as a potential candidate. I also appreciated the team approach to the interview process, it allowed everyone to gauge personalities and how they would mesh. Everyone was efficient, professional and most of all personable.

Entrevista
The interview went well. It was a standard process for a voice role, starting with the initial HR screen which focused on my communication fluency and schedule flexibility. I then had the Operations/Manager round, where we discussed situational scenarios related to customer handling and problem-solving. Overall, it was very professional, and I feel confident about my communication skills and my ability to handle the role's responsibilities.

It was easy, interviewer was nice, interview was quick. all went well. you can pass it easily you just need to be good in English and be confident.

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of one behavioral interview and one English exam. The English exam was quite straightforward but requires a silent space to avoid harmful grade reductions. Likewise, the behavioral interview consists of at most 7 questions related to collections and customer experience.
