The interview process was like any other interviews I have experienced when applying for a job. There was initial interview, process interview, final interview, and the like. It was tiring as there were a lot of applicants and the interviewers made us wait for long periods.

Entrevista
The interview went well. It was a standard process for a voice role, starting with the initial HR screen which focused on my communication fluency and schedule flexibility. I then had the Operations/Manager round, where we discussed situational scenarios related to customer handling and problem-solving. Overall, it was very professional, and I feel confident about my communication skills and my ability to handle the role's responsibilities.

It was easy, interviewer was nice, interview was quick. all went well. you can pass it easily you just need to be good in English and be confident.

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of one behavioral interview and one English exam. The English exam was quite straightforward but requires a silent space to avoid harmful grade reductions. Likewise, the behavioral interview consists of at most 7 questions related to collections and customer experience.
