Applied to the company after meeting a HR rep at a career fair at my college. Had an initial interview, which was followed by second interview at the HQ. The first interview consisted of questions on my experiences as well as my knowledge of the company and its operations.

Interview was 2 rounds. First Round was like a conversation where more behavioral questions were asked. Second Round involved around 10 technical questions regarding your college major (mine was mechanical engineering) and remainder was behavioral.

Tell me about a time you took initiative on a project or activity.
How do you approach communication with supervisor, teachers, &/or colleagues
Initial screening and then a behavioral/technical. Asked about your leadership experiences, safety scenarios and ethics. Technical questions can range and is dependent on your major but will be relevant to the utilities power side.

College recruitment day, second interview at 4 irving place then you take a personality test then you wait then they call you with a long message saying you are selected to work for con edison!
