The owner is by far the most unprofessional recruiter I have ever spoken to. Prior to the interview I was asked for my resume and work experience for specific technologies at least 3 times. During the interview I was asked salary expectations multiple times, and I am unsure if that was to get me to say a lower rate or they weren't listening. The recruiter also had no concept of what a side project was. They made me take a quiz on some framework the client used (which I'm pretty sure was them picking random pages from the framework's doc pages), and even after acing that, when a small deal breaker for the client was discovered they berated and told they had several other candidates that were way better lined up.
