There were 2 exams. Both are time-pressured. It's a mix of IQ, logical, vocabulary, arithmetic, reading comprehension, and etc. You need to pass the first one in order to proceed. Then the HR will ask for your transcript. Then the HR will conduct the interview. If you qualify, you will be endorsed to the next interview.

If you pass the exams, you will be interviewed by the h.r. The questions are personal related and something that are included in your resume. Once you pass the interview of the hr, you will be interviewed next by the manager. The questions are the same with the h.r the only difference is the last question which is "Why should we hire you?". I had passed their interview but i didn't accept the job offer since they have this 3 year bond contract that requires you to stay with them for 3 years or else you would pay the programming training fee they will provide.
