Quick and to the point....in short professional, pleasant, and expeditious. Initially I had a 45 minute phone interview followed by a 1.5 hour in person interview the following day, followed by a subsequent meeting a day later to be presented with the contract. Both interviewers were very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The initial two interviews were more technical in nature and focused on my PM experience, skills, professional development, general and specific practices, templates, communication avenues i choose to use to while managing a project and manner in which i deal with clients (as this was a client facing role), whereas the last was more of a culture fit assessment meeting where we also discussed particulars of the contract itself including length, possibility for extension as well as terms and salary. Much care was taken to ensure that I understood the scope of the project and what was required of me and of the team in order to complete the project within the tight deadline.
