There are 3 interviews. The first one is over the phone where you answer questions concerning your experience. The 2nd interview is over Zoom where they ask you more specific questions to demostrate your past managment experiance and how you resolved conflict, managed tasks, how you manage people etc. 3 folks including your potential direct supervisor will be there. Last interview is a working interview. You go out with a sprint drive, then you get back and meet everyone and learn the administrative side of the job.
