They prefer people with next to no event training, so you can be a blank canvass for them to train. naturally, I was curious about their training process, there didn't seem to be much there for improvement in my DJ abilities, they had a lot to teach on games, crowd interaction, and basic MCing, which is an area I am more than confident with.) what made me apply here, gave a few simple example issues to test my problem-solving abilities. like how would you handle a rowdy guest asking to hear this song right before cake cutting.
