Process included two phone interviews, followed by an in-person interview where I was asked to bring samples of my work, an online personality test, an online intelligence test, a creative assignment, and a final phone interview with the CEO. With all of this work, one would think that the position offered high pay, but it was well below market rate and I declined the offer. Was a little shocked at how many hoops they had asked me to jump through for a such a low salary. Further, after being put through the ringer, the offer was for a "90 day introductory period". To me, this showed that they are almost incapable of making a decision and feeling confident in that decision. They should know enough about a candidate after going through all of those steps to extend a standard job offer without a 90-day clause. Anyhow, after I rejected the offer, the hiring manager asked to speak with me on the phone. The next day, he emailed again to cancel our conversation and basically sent me their standard template rejection email. Which is funny because I am the one who rejected an offer from them, not the other way around. My conclusion on this is that A) the company is a little bit delusional to make potential employees jump through so many hoops for such a mediocre job and B) they needed to pretend like they rejected me to boost their own ego. Anyhow, it was bizarre to say the least and I would recommend staying away from these guys! They are kind of arrogant and very out of touch with reality.
