2 interviews Make sure you mention somewhere in the interview that you take great notes. If you know what Darwin is, you are ahead of whoever you are up against. Pray the CEO is not around for the interview. However, expect him to be in the second along with 4 to 5 other individuals. Know Excel and Access, how to do bank reconciliations, experience with taxes, a/p, a/r, and anything to do with benefits. If you know anything to do with workers' compensation, 401(k), Macros, 1099 etc., EFTPS Batch Software, and/or Online Banking (wire transfers, debits, bank transfers, etc.) mention it! Look presentable (suit if possible, if not dress clothes). If you are a smoker, do not let them know. TAKE NOTES!!! Good Luck! :)
