The interview process took almost 2 months.
First, the recruiter reached out to me in early December and talked about my availability, experience and general questions. After that there was no follow up till 2-3 weeks and then out of nowhere one day received interview invite for technical phone screen.
The phone screen was on invite to a gotomeeting and had one primary interviewer and 4-5 other people to just learn about how to interview someone. The questions were basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript and some OOPS concepts.
After that there was no followup for several weeks even when I emailed about my application status. Again, on some sunny day the recruiter replies that your interview was good and you should hear by the end of the week for next steps.
As usual no email by the end of the week so I emailed on Monday and they replied that they are not going forward with my candidacy as they got some one else.
What a waste of time.
Very Good. Spoke with recruiter for initial interview. I declined a second interview, but the next step in the process would have been to meet with the development. Mostly just general discussion.
