Entrevista
First round just a short motivational interview of around 30min. Second round around 4 hrs. First 2.5hrs case study which was really fun. Some qualitative questions surrounding the case and some quantitative questions as well. I had to analyse a merger and predict a CMA assessment with a short UPP analysis. Lots of hints and information provided. After that another hr of technical questions by a more senior economist.

Standard questions followed by the case study and technical interview where they definitely test you thoroughly to see how well your grasp of competition economics is
The standard process entails one interview lasting 60 minutes, where the first half is dedicated to motivational questions and the second half to a case study. The interview was held with an analyst and an economist from different offices, the motivational part revolved more around them asking whether you understand what they actually do and why you want to work there. The case study was simple, in the sense that they did not go into detail with the description and don't expect you to go in detail with the answers, and questions were mostly focused on the econometrics of damages estimation, or practical questions such as where would you be getting your data from.

1 entrevista online con casos de competencia frente a un Economist y un Analyst. Bastante justos de tiempo pero tienen paciencia si no sabes algo y te van guiando durante los casos
