3 recruiters interviewed me, and all of them are analysts. They asked some questions about my resume, and what technical skills I have. Expected some technical questions but no. Pretty short, less than half an hour.
Pleasant interview process, long time to make a decision which meant I had to decline before a decision was made.
Motiviational -> Case Study (look at a case study, discuss with an existing compass employee, write up report) -> Technical/Theoretical. Everyone was happy to answer questions and the process ran smoothly.
