It was a very fast process because they are so understaffed that they will take whoever is remotely qualified. They don't even require a college degree at this point, so long as you have some experience with kids or social work they will hire you.

HR is not trained, didn't know what she was doing. During the interview she left numerous times. She had me take a test, ask questions about how I would control children and if I followed rules and regulations.
