Easy process; phone screening and then interview with several staff members. Took about a week in total from initial contact to getting an offer. Recruiter was always reachable and responsive.

Met with several prescribers as well as CEO/CMO. Fairly straight forward, no curve balls. Want to hire competent prescribers. Easy to talk to. Not much room for negotiation for base but different incentives
