Applied online. HR reached out for a phone interview and asked some basic questions about resume. Manager/team lead then reached out for a video interview and asked some basic questions about resume as well as skill level for Microsoft Excel. Follow up email was sent by manager/team lead in French with a small Microsoft Excel assignment to test my Microsoft Excel skills. Final interview with someone from the culture team to determine whether I would be a good fit at Compass Group Canada.
