4 stages of recruitment - online application, online test, assessment centre and final interview. I made it to the final interview where it was more of telling you about the company and the divisions and asking competency based questions. The interview was firm but conversational
There were three tasks. Two of the tasks were group-based tasks. The other is a presentation followed by an interview. The two group tasks were a building task and a presentation.
