Applied online and was given an interview the next week. Interview was with a senior person at compass. The interview was quite short and very friendly.. No trick questions. Asked about previous experience and why compass. Also did a quick role play on serving customers and dealing with a complaint.

Very easy and quick interview, just asked a little about me then asked when I wanted to start. Made me feel very comfortable and confident that I had the skills for the job.

Very easy and quick process at Sandown Racecourse, had a 10 minute informal interview with a Compass employee and was asked generic hospitality questions, just had to answer confidently and without majorly making any errors.
