My interview process for the Senior UX Designer position at Compass was comprehensive and insightful. It started with an initial phone screening where I discussed my background and experience. The process was a bit delayed and they chose another candidate, when I had already accepted an offer from another company. I'll stay in touch
Interview was lengthy but moved fast. I was assigned a recruiter for support throughout the process, and was also explained what to expect before each round. Overall a good experience.
