I received a call from Compass for the position “Project/Program manager” role in September 2020, and as it is newly setting up office in hyderabad, I am very much interested to be part of this company for better exposure. After few rounds of call from HR to collect my candidature, they scheduled a formal technical interview in a week’s time. I attended that meet 5 mins before, however after I waited for 15-20 mins in online call, interviewer didn’t turned up for interview. I have emailed HR about the same and received response after half an hour mentioned sorry that interviewer was not available and would get back to me with new schedule. Didn’t receive any response after that. Again, after few months, in the month of May, 2021, again I received a call from another HR for the same role but for different project, collected info needed to schedule for formal interview with hiring manager for half an hour. Luckily, this time interviewer attended after 10 mins late( he got stuck in other meeting, it seems and shared apology). Interview that was planned half an hour, went for one hour. From my end, I did my best and satisfied, after that, I emailed to HR to share interview result and next process of interview rounds, but till now( this msg I am writing on 7th June, 2021), not received even an acknowledgment. That much pathetic towards the interview process. It is a minimum courtesy to reply for interviewed candidates. Please correct yourself the recruiting team of compass to better in this aspect.
