Recruiter found me on linkedin and I had a brief call with her then moved on to a screening interview with another teammate. After that interview, I met with 7 other interviewees. The questions weren't difficult, but the only differentiating questions came from the hiring manager, whereas the other interviewees asked pretty much the same things. After those interviews wrapped up, I received an email a day later from the recruiter requesting a call. Scheduled it for the next day to get a rejection. I would have preferred a rejection email rather than sitting on the prospects of potentially being hired for a whole other day as I waited for my scheduled rejection call. So overall, the interview process was lengthy and a bit redundant, but more than not, the recruiters approach was rude.
