Straight forward process. 2 phone screens followed by a Skype meeting with the HM. I felt prepared by the recruiter on the phone screens, but the HM didn’t seem interested that I did not have a real estate background (which I mentioned multiple times). I ultimately didn’t get the job, but a month later they announced massive layoffs, so it was probably for the best.
