Was contacted for an interview shortly after submitting application. Recruiter said I was an impressive candidate, just what they needed for the role. Went through two in person interviews at headquarters. Following my interviews I was given positive feedback from the recruiter. I was then scheduled for two additional interviews. One was over their version of skype. It went well except there was a lot of repetition between interviews. A change in interviewers schedule made the final interview difficult. Recruiter reached out about salary and options. Then dead silence. After several weeks the recruiter responded with a canned email saying I was not getting the job. Very disjointed and discombobulated interview process overall but I liked several of the people I interviewed with. It was the lack of transparency and complete lack of communication that was so off-putting.
