I applied via the website on Thursday, and was recommended by an internal employee. I got a very fast response (less than 24 hours), and was interviewed the following Monday in person by HR and the hiring manager. I then had two phone interviews with other managers the following week and one in person interview with the CFO. The entire process was handled very well and they were always responsive via email.
