It was a very bad experience. I got a referral from a friend working for them. The manager kept postponing the interview rounds. I had to follow up with him a lot. Took around 3 months for scheduling 3 interview rounds. The interview went very good. After the final round when I followed up with the manager I was asked if I can start working as an intern initially and I said yes. Finally my application was automatically rejected by the system as there was no activity/update from the manager for 30 days. When I reached out to the manager again he said he cannot do anything. Pathetic experience and irresponsible behavior. Playing with some one's career and time.
