They were wanting to hire immediately. The recruiter was very nice and very communicative, and the process was extremely smooth. The interviews were great, and the questions were exactly what they should be for the role. The follow-up was atrocious. You take someone’s time, especially being in a very different time zone, and then ghost them? Absolutely unacceptable. Literally not a word from anyone after the last interview. I have never experienced such an unprofessional follow-up from a company that basically wasted my time. To be honest, I am relieved to have not heard a word from them, as this speaks volumes to the kind of operation they are running. I should have read the horrible employee reviews and steered clear. Lesson learned. At least I got decent experience in the interview process, and it was made clear that this is not the right company for me - or anyone who wants a professional environment. Shame on them.
