The process was clearly laid-out, thoughtful, and reasonably quick. Screener call was pleasant, as were panel interviews. Final interview was on-site with the whole team and included a presentation. Senior leader above the hiring manager spent 1:1 time with me at the end to learn more about my work history, needs and desires, and cultural fit. We ultimately found the fit wasn't quite there, but the hiring manager kindly affirmed it wasn't quite right and provided feedback to help me improve in future interview presentations.
