Very professional and friendly. They provided a list of interview questions that were both challenging and provided opportunities about your experience. They ask a lot of detailed questions arrive early to have time to review the questions before the interview. They are interviewing for personality as much as they are experience. The interview teams are often your future coworkers so you have a chance to see who you might be working with
