Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Community Health Systems (Nashville, TN) en oct 2009
Entrevista
Was introduced by a common acquaintance. It took the HR a while to get back to me, I spoke to her on the phone and then flew in to meet few managers to see where I would fit the most.
I found the office culture to be very hierarchical and somewhat sterile. The manager needs approval from her manager and that manager needs to talk to another manager; I was warned not to be too casual with the higher ups. A bit intimidating since I am coming from a pretty flat environment.

Entrevista
First there was a phone interview with the leads then an in-person interview. Only one interview in-person. The staff seemed pretty relaxed and interested in what I was saying. The most important thing for them was that employees be willing to travel up to 100%.

The most difficult question was "what would you bring to our team?". I know that sounds like it would be simple but I have heard that is a very important question. I think they are really looking for team players with good personalities and people with a good work ethic. Those things are important because you spend so much time with each other. It has to be a good fit.
