Very relaxed and friendly. Not intimidating at all. They even asked very peculiar questions like "who is your favorite YouTuber?". After the interview, I got a tour of the hospital and was introduced to others on the team. Overall positive experience

At least 20-30 minutes asking why you're interested in the department and tells you a lot about the fast paced environment their department is. They want to get an idea of if youre a team player.
First get called by a hiring recruiter they ask you questions, if they like what they hear they will pass your resume on to the department of which you input your application then they schedule an interview via zoom.
