Applied online and 2-3 weeks later got a phone call from the unit recruiter about an interview with the Unit Manager. The Unit Manager was sweet and awesome. I thought the interview went great although I was super nervous (New Grad). 1-2 weeks later I got a call from the unit recruiter with an offer. I was in a dilemma because a couple days prior I was given another offer from another place. So I had to decline the offer, but hopefully, down the road, I'll get to work for them.

Panel interview with 3 to 5 administor including manager, floor nurses, and supervisors. Started with phone interview before in person interview or zoom. Easy going. Scenario questions to basic interview questions

At least 20-30 minutes asking why you're interested in the department and tells you a lot about the fast paced environment their department is. They want to get an idea of if youre a team player.
First get called by a hiring recruiter they ask you questions, if they like what they hear they will pass your resume on to the department of which you input your application then they schedule an interview via zoom.
