It was a four-round interview process that took about two weeks and I really enjoyed it. Everyone I met was friendly and positive. It was clear that they genuinely enjoy working there and that was exactly what I was looking for. While it involved quite a few people, it was a very good experience and that level of care and engagement isn’t the norm anymore.
