Very formal, made it through the first interview which was more focused on skills rather than information about you and qualifications as the second interview was more focused on that. Glad to have gotten the experience, but they lacked extreme push and focus within explanations of the position's role. Seemed as though it was not going to be an extremely fulfilling position.
