Consisted of a phone screen/interview, was then invited to Assessment Center. At the AC you can expect a panel interviewing you(2-3) people and then have a role play that is recorded. Kinda creepy but I guess its better to know which candidate they are going with. Also interviewed after a few years in for an ASM position. Interview process consisted of Resume review, invitation to Assessment Center, another panel interview, and a presentation. They like to keep all potential candidates in a holding room where it breeds awkwardness and silence.

Tell me about a time where the outcome was less than favorable. How did you resolve it?
Role playing and intense situational strategy questions. A very unusual and trying process.
You are under the microscope for the entire day. It was a learning experience. Some fellow candidates stated they would not do it again.
The first step is a phone interview. Once that was completed I received a call inviting me to an assessment center. There I was put through a role play where I was selling a product to a store owner. Then a panel interview with two upper management personal followed.
