El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Commonfund (Newry, PA) en abr 2009
Entrevista
After a phone interview, I was offered an on site interview. It was a day long process that included several one on one interviews and a skills test. The skills test involved Excel and was very straight forward. The only background knowledge really necessary for this test was knowing basic Excel functions. In some of the one on one interviews, logic questions were asked that were mostly based on probability.
Asked basic behavioral questions and some basic questions testing knowledge of what the role was and what Commonfund does. Went through 4 interviews and never heard back even after continual follow up. Least they could do was tell me I didn't get it.
Not bad. Mostly behavioral questions. Looking for solid rigor in transcript, an interest in learning and team abilities. Ask questions about their day to day jobs. Also follow up about what deals they’re currently working on.
Phone interview first round with Analyst, second round with Associate, third round with Directors. Generally average difficulty. They care a lot about fit with their culture, aside from that very standard.
