This was a new grad interview. Basic questions, but there were 4 people in the interview including the director, hiring manager, a nurse educator for the new grad program and an educator for the floor.

Virtual interview with recruiter. Recruiter was so nice and made me feel comfortable.
Scheduled to interview with panel of managers but only 1 made it. Lasted less 10mins. 2 questions asked and she said I need acute experience in the US.

Once you apply they provide an online interview, they ask a couple scenerio questions to determine personality, they also ask about strengths and weaknesses. Next they ask you to do another interview, this time you speak directly to the placement coordinator. From there they place you in a unit
