Applied online, had interview at branch, then follow up call from HR within an hour. The next day i completed online testing, which covered personality and work ability. It also included "which apples to you" questions and math questions. After that I had my in person interview with HR. Lastly, I had to take a UA, then HR called me to offer me the job.
